The following quote and illustration are spoilers for the book Eclipse by Stephenie Meyer.
Okay, before you say anything: I know that they are dressed with summer clothes and in the book it must've been freezing Lol! The story with that is that I took a picture of my brother to use as reference for Edward's pose, and he was wearing a short-sleeved T-shirt that I just copied on the drawing.
Also, I cut poor Edward's hands there! I just couldn't make them look right and after a while I just erased them Lol!
Edward held a defensive position -half-crouched, his arms extended slightly- that I recognized with sickening certainty. The rock at my back could have been the ancient brick walls of the Italian alley where he had stood between me and the black-cloaked Volturi warriors.
The word came from his teeth in a snarl that was louder than I expected. Too loud. It meant that it was far too late to hide. We were trapped, and it didn't matter who heard his answer.
"Victoria," he said, spitting the word, making it a curse.

Wow, I LOVE the expressions here!
I was never fond of Edward and Bella, and always found their relationship to be borderline abusive, if not simply abusive. But somehow, making them seem so much younger makes it a lot less disturbing. Like they're just being idiot kids, rather than anything seriously harmful.
And anyway, DAMN can you draw. The angle Edward is tilted at and the folds of his shirt, it seems so simple, but that is something I myself struggle immensely to draw. Bravo!
