My Head is Clear Now

Sometimes I wish I didn't have a head on my shoulders. There's just too much going on in there. Wouldn't it be wonderful if you could send your head away (to the dry cleaners, maybe?) and keep your thoughts inside a big balloon?

My first 'serious' attempt at a photomanipulation. I wanted to give it a 'Magritte-like' look.
