OMG! This is hilarious! You're right, this is totally what Ron and Hermione should've done. Great job on the dialogue and the art! And I LOVE how Hermione is groping Ron in the last panel! That's priceless!

LOL yeah well Harry did need a stiff talking to a lot of the time in OotP, part of the reson why it's my least favourite of the series.

Thing that I took from that was that Ron and Hermione, while usually able to help our hot-headed friend, aren't able to deal with Harry's temper when it gets so totally out of control.

We got a hint of that when we saw Molly explode at Ron, Fred & George; all three boys cowered as she was yelling. Now Harry's not as intimidating to Ron as Molly is, but Ron's never really learned how to deal with someone in that temper.

Hermione's not weak either but when Harry's blown his stack she's not really able to find a way to deal with him.

Only Fred, George and Ginny really seemed able to deal with Harry's temper when it got out of hand, and even then only Ginny could actually talk sense into him.

So who knows maybe it was a deliberate choice fo JK's part to hint at the eventual pairing (considering that's a large subplot of the book).

Lol! As much as I love angsty!Harry, this is too good! Yeah, he did act like a knucklehead in book 5. He definatley had this comin'.
