Ginny looked up into Harry's face, took a deep breath and said, "Happy seventeenth."
"Yeah... Thanks."
She was looking at him steadily; he however, found it difficult to look back at her; it was like gazing into a brilliant light.
"Nice view," he said feebly, pointing towards the window.
She ignored this. He could not blame her.
"I couldn't think what to get you," she said.
"You didn't have to get me anything."
She disregarded this too.
"I didn't know what would be useful. Nothing too big, because you wouldn't be able to take it with you."
He chanced a glance at her. She was not tearful; that was one of the many wonderful things about Ginny, she was rarely weepy. He had sometimes thought that havinh six brothers must have toughened her up.

The actual kiss has been drawn so many times I though I would just draw the "preliminaries" lol
Also, I suck at drawing kisses, so this works better for me

Anyway, I've tried a different coloring technique here, more Disney-ish. I also wanted to do a lot of light and illuminate Ginny's face because of that thing it says in the quote, that for Harry looking at Ginny felt like "gazing into a brilliant light". YOU SEE WUT I DID THAR? lol

I didn't want to add a lot of details in this one, a) cause I'm lazy and busy and b) cause I wanted all the focus to be on Harry and Ginny. I'm saying this because I know there should be a desk there and all that
